Can someone tell me how to claim my $30 cashback on Norton 360 V5. The web address on the packet doesn't appear to exist: www.norton.com/anz/cashbacks. Can't get any sense out of Support either.

I bought it from a retail store. I still have about 40 days of my old subscription to go so haven't yet installed the new one yet. Will try for a rebate again when I install it. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the update. You could also check with the retail store and see if they have a rebate for the product also. Please do come back when you enter your new key. If it is the same version as your current N360, then all you wil have to do is to insert the new key. Thanks.

The web address that you have given actually works:

Just make sure you don't include the full stop at the end of the web address!
