Hi guys,
I'm seeing a very strange issue. As mentioned, ccsvchst.exe will often (sometimes more than 50% of the time I spend doing everyday work) run at 15-25% CPU. To the best of my knowledge, I don't believe Norton is scanning or even checking for updates, but it still uses 15-25%.
I have a quad core processor (Core i5-3570k), and this would lead me to believe it's using 100% of one core. Is there any apparent reason why this may be happening?
