CD drive does not work after installing Norton 360

Hello,

I bought Norton 360 , and after installing it and after a reboot   my CD/DVD drive was not sen by Vista,

in device manager the CD/DVD drive had a yellow exlamation sign.

 

It seems Norton install mess up the registry for CD/DVD drive.

 

A solution to fix this problem  is to run this microsoft fix : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060

 

The Norton 360 CD i bought is for sure not the latest  install version.

 

Question is in the latest  install version of Norton 360  this problem of CD/DVD problem fixed?
