Certificate has Failed Validation

After downloading Norton Antivirus Plus, I immediately was unable to sign in to my bank's secure browser. It gave me the message "certificate has failed validation". The browser shows the padlock and indicates it is safe but if you look at the certificate, it is not the right one. It should show issued by FISERV but it shows issued by OV VeriSign CA (just like Norton's own site certificate). I cannot access this site since it doesn't match. I have uninstalled Norton and all its components and tried to delete the certificate. This happens regardless of the browser I use. Can anyone help?

I should also ask what browser you are using and what your OS is as well.

Hello. If you haven't already done so, run live update on your Norton product manually to get to the current version of 22.23.3.8 and reboot. Retry. If you are using a VPN also note it can be a part of the issue as well.
