Ceton InfiniTV 4 network tuner sharing

I have installed a Ceton InfiniTV 4 tuner in my HTPC and the intitial installation asks what firewall I am using. If the Windows firewall is being used, the settings are done automatically, if a third party is used it asks that these ports be opened:

Non-Windows firewall users need to open the following ports;
Name UDP/TCP Port Range In/Out
RTP UDP 5001-5016 IN
SSDP UDP 1900 IN/OUT
RTSP TCP 554 OUT
UPnP TCP 2869 IN/OUT
WMDRM UDP 5757-5772 OUT

I could not figure out how to do this configuring in the Norton firewall settings, so now I am running the Windows firewall on both PCs and have disabled Norton's firewall.

I want to run the Norton firewall and disable the Windows firewall. Can anyone help me out here?

Both PCs are running Windows 7, the client PC is Win7 Ultimate and the HTPC is Win7 Home Premium.

Thanks in advance
