Change backup times when on "Automatic" schedule

Hi Everyone-

I'm using Norton 360 Backup set to backup on an "Automatic" schedule.  Unfortunately, this seems to mean that every night from about 6:30 to 8:30, it will be "searching your system for files to backup."  during this time, my hard drive light is solid and my computer almost unusable.

 

Is there a way to set this "automatic" backup to happen at a less intrusive time?  I would be fine using a scheduled backup, but it seems Daily is not an option - weekly is not frequently enough.

 

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
