Change primary account password

I have 3 emails in my Norton account. My primary email, my personal email and one other. My primary is now closed and I'm trying to enter my personal as my primary and it will not accept it because it's already in the list. So, I deleted my personal from the list under "additional" and then tried to enter it as the primary but, again, it will not accept it because there is account with that address. How came I get off this merry-go-round???

as test: Account Settings > Edit email
1) Account Settings email address edited okay with Verification required.
2) Dark Web Monitoring - Primary Email address changed to the same email address.

as test: Update Primary Email > Save
1) Dark Web Monitoring - Primary Email address updated okay.
2) Account Settings email changed to the same address with Verification required.


Log Out > Sign In
