Changes to Norton Internet Security - How to Keep Classic View

Long time user of Norton Internet Security - I have a 10 pack license and have used it for years. The latest User Interface tries to hide everything within settings - I opt for Classic View. My machine either gets an update or reboots and back to the new limited UI which then means selecting the Classic View, closing the App, restarting it and hoping that Classic View sticks (often doesn't).

While I'm on not sticking - I'm really getting tired of the advertisements and reports from NIS. I have reports off - funny that doesn't work at all. Any ideas how to make NIS be quiet? To me my security software should be working and QUIET unless something is wrong. I don't need a lot of boasts about how good it is.

Thanks!

I guess my plans will stay the same... not renew at next license and find a program that isn't as annoying.

Thanks for your help!

What I have found is that when an update opens the new My Norton interface, just closing that window and the next time you start Norton it will bring up the classic interface. It has nothing to do with the last interface you had displayed.

The Norton pop ups are an issue users are complaining about all over these forums. There is currently no way to stop them.
