I have decided to trade in my Windows PC and get an iMac, picking it up next week. Is it easy enough to change my Norton 360 over, from current PC to Mac.

Hello PJ. IF, you are no longer going to use the Windows PC uninstall Norton and reboot it before putting it away. This will remove the license from that device and it will reflect as a usable license in your account. You can log into your Norton account from the MAC and download your product for it from there.
If you have a multiple license on your subscription just leave Norton on the Windows PC and follow the linked article and install on the MAC. Straight forward.
