Changing security status

Hello,

 

My Laptop has Windows 7 Ultimate (upgrade from XP pro)

In my home workgroup I have a laptop which has shares and discovery enabled.
II can't connect to other shares in the workgroup.
I notice that in Norton 360 it has the security status AT RISK. Can I change this security status?
