Changing time supervision for tablet requires Allowed contacts

Hi,

I'm using norton family for time supervision on a desktop computer and on a tablet (Samsung SM T-700)

When setting the time supervision rules for the tablet, the configuration screen insists I must define Allowed contacts.
But this is not a phone device, there are no contacts defined.

Even if I do add some phone number, the configuration still can't be saved - I get a red error message about an error, and the "Allowed contacts" is marked.
