Detailed description: For years I have covered 3 devices and now I only have one but was charged for 3. I would like to remove 2 of the devices and get a refund if at all possible. I can’t find anywhere to talk to anyone to do this

If you are within 60 days of payment for your current subscription, you can request a refund and then purchase a new subscription for only one device. Be aware you may lose some features by getting the Norton Anti Virus Plus subscription. You lose the VPN and Dark Web Monitoring. So if you use/need those it would be better to just continue the 360 Deluxe for 3 devices. Who knows, you might get a new mobile phone you want to protect.
You can contact Norton Support to have them help you with your request. If you are doing this after the 60 days from payment, they may also be able to make the change to the one device subscription and give you some extra time to compensate for the price difference.
