I was charged twice for Norton 360, $64.94 on 11/11/22 and $149.99 today. Why am I paying twice?
Did you purchase a new subscription key on 11/11/22? If so, it sounds like you did not turn off automatic renewal for an existing subscription and that would explain the second charge for a much higher amount.
As already noted, you need to contact Norton Support to request the refund of the second amount.

Sounds like you have two distinct subscriptions. If you log in online to your Norton account what subscriptions are listed?
