I recieved an email that my subscription has been automatically renewd, and has been charged So I signed in to the website and and cancelled the renewal, following the AI instruction. At the end not only I didn’t get the refund, but I was charged the same amount again.
So, I called their costumer service, and a guy named Sam did absolutely nothing, and now I have been charged twice for the amount of 135.59 C$ for the anitivirus, which I have not purchesed, thanks to Norton Co.
