Can someone unguentey tell me how I can contact a Norton chat agent. I just get an endless loop when I enter a request which repeatedly asks me for the details I have given. I cannot exit from this loop. I cannot contact an agent. I have a very urgent query concerning subscription renewal.
I would prefer to contact an agent by chat but am prepared to use phone-chat if I can set that up. I am not resident in the USA.

Thanks tuchette_lee but the number you gave is not toll-free and I am just put on hold for what it appears will be a long wait. This will cost me a fortune! Is there any way I can contact the “Chat” system which I used to use with Norton for similar problems? This allowed me to type queries and received typed responses for a Norton agent.

When you get to enter any information into the chat bot, enter Agent Please to get connected to a human.
I have found that the only way to speak to a customer support agent is the use the :“Facebook” option,
