New user of Norton 360 - I’ve got to say this isn’t the old Symantec resource hog from years ago. It’s a GREAT product! Anyway, I’ve done a search but can’t find the answer to the significance of the green checkmarks that have been added to the icons of some desktop shortcuts (but not others). Would someone please explain this to me. Thanks.

Norton 360 has an option named "Backup Status Overlays". When this option is checked, you can see the backup status of your files. The green checkmark indicates that the file is backed up, the blue one indicates that the file will be backed up according to your backup settings (by default backup runs when the computer is idle), and the grey sign indicates that the file is excluded from backup.
