Last Tuesday, I deleted one of my kid's profile in an attempt to fix the time tracking problem (Posted in previous message). Every since then, the child is not tracked at all. Neither the mobile app, the online site or even the weekly email. They all say that the kid hasn't done anything since last Tuesday. When on the child's computer, it looks like it is being tracked with the software working as expected (except for time tracking problem previously mentioned). I have rebooted, uninstalled and change options and nothing is getting the child's profile to show up on reports. I also should point out that this issue did coincide with me paying the premium service. I appreciate any help I can get.
