Choosing specific folders for backup

When setting up backup, my only choices seem to be, for example, "pictures" or "music." When I select one of these, I see a list with a bunch of file locations I don't even recognize, and the vast majority of them aren't what I see when I open "My Pictures" or "My Music.". What if I just want to backup my iTunes library? There doesn't seem to be any way to select specific folders WITHIN "My Music" or any other library. Every other backup system I've ever used has given me simple folder options that look exactly like what I see in Windows Explorer. Norton is completely confusing.

Happy reading you've "figured out"....

Note: upon Norton re-install.  User will need to re-setup their backup sets.
Norton Backup may not satisfy all users, all the time.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong, but I still think it's a cumbersome process if I want to be very specific in what I choose. When I click on "Add or exclude folders" > "Include folder" I can browse to the folder(s) I want, but I cannot ctrl-click on more than one at a time. I have to repeat the process for each folder. And as a separate issue, Norton doesn't offer much cloud storage space anyway (I'm sure I could pay for more, but I'm already paying more than I want).

@Kudzu
Okay, as test ~ created new backup sets "My Documents C" & "My Documents D"
Maybe, Norton Backup Drive looks more familiar, for you

for example:
Norton Backup Drive > My Documents C > Documents with Content view
> then explore each folder
Or, maybe View All Backups Sets Online

@Kudzu
Okay.  I create new sets and exclude / include my preferred folders/files.

for example:

After I've create new set.  I delete default set.
Norton Backup may not satisfy all users, all the time.

My problem is that the Norton list looks nothing like Windows Explorer. I cannot even find the folders I want in the endless list of items I don't recognize (see attached screenshot). It's not a simple matter of navigating to C:\My Music\iTunes (I scrolled down and couldn't even find it).  All of Norton's help videos simply show the selection of the categories they have created, not specific folders.

Maybe, Add or exclude files and folders (see 5) in your backup sets.
Maybe, create new set (see 1) and add folders/files you want.
