fwiw ~ as per Norton support:
Norton has removed “VPN protocol settings” from Norton 360 for Windows.
Norton VPN plans are more VPN centric with advanced options…protocol settings and region/state option. Where you can connect with VPN is a specific region/state…via virtual servers.
Norton can’t directly change the subscription. However, Norton can cancel one product and provide new one and transfer the previous subscription days into the new product.
Norton support will escalate my case…so, that Lv2 can explain why some users have & some users do not have VPN protocol settings.
