NIS latest edition. I use Chrome browser and note that Safe Web does not appear. Only Identity Safe is on the Norton Toolbar in Chrome. Reading through the spec it says that Chrome should support Web Safe. Any ideas on how to activate this. Thank you.
Tried what you suggested wthout success. Just to make it clearer when I Right Click on the Norton Toolbar icon and choose Manage Extensions in the drop down menu the only extension is Norton Identity Protection. There is no Norton Safe Web extension there.

That is correct and is what I am seeing in Chrome 16.0.912.77 - just the Norton Toolbar extension. My Norton Toolbar has the Safe Web Icon and I get the Safe Web overlays on search results.
In NIS 2012, could you go to Settings > Web > Safe Surfing and be sure everything there is toggled green (default).

In settings > safe surfing all were set ON and green. It is only when I typed in a URL for my own site that the Norton Toolbar suddenly appeared. It all seems to work fine now. Thank you for all your help folks.
