I am using Win 10 64 and the latest versions of Chrome and Norton Toolbar. I have a Radeon R9 200 video card with the latest driver.
When I activate Norton Toolbar in Chrome, if I go to a website that has an info toolbar as part of the display (such as the Charles Schwab site which has a stock display strip along the bottom of the page) the info toolbar does not display in the correct location. Instead of staying at the bottom of the screen, it displays halfway up the screen. Anyone else have this problem? Any solution?
