This somehow got into my google chrome and it does matter what I try I cannot get rid of it. I tried basic solutions on the web and used both norton full scan and the special norton eraser tool that really goes after things. Please advise as even multiple suggested solutions and tools have been to no avail.

mine looks precisely like that and has now migrated onto 3 machines. Grrrr.
