Every time I turn off my wireless radio to conserve battery, then turn it back on, my Google Chrome loses access to the internet unless I disable the smart firewall in Norton Internet Security. Often, when I try to open up NIS at this point, it crashes and IE loses the ability to connect to the internet as well. I lose a lot of important work this way, and it has been doing this for a long time. Please help.
