Hi. Installed Chrome Remote Desktop on my Windows 7 (64bit) PC as an extension in my Chrome browser to allow a friend to help me setup a new software remotely. My computer seems to not allow him access to my PC. We tried checking my Chrome browser settings to allow remote access and checked Windows remote access settings, as well. Can't seem to figure it out. He says it's strange because he is able to connect without issues with many other clients except me. My last guess is my Norton 360 might be blocking him. Anyone know of any conflicts that I might be having between CRD and Norton? After I generate the access code and give it to him over the phone, I click Share to allow him remote access but both our computers are stuck 'connecting'. Nothing happens.
