I keep on clicking Renew Now on the Norton website but it just keeps on opening the same page. My automatic renewal didn't work even if I have already updated my billing info 2 weeks ago

Thanks for the reply. Was able to solve it though I went through one of the representatives and had her renew it for me.
When does your current subscription expire?
What page is opened when you click on renew? If you have automatic renewal enabled, you should not be using the manual Renew link, or you may actually end up with two subscriptions.
If you are having trouble with subscription issued, you need to contact Norton Support. www.norton.com/contactcs
