Cloud Backup, is this broken?

What is the error message you are seeing? Cannot figure out this new interface for Norton Backup, and now suddenly I get a message I’m out of backup space using 50 GB of 50GB, under the previous version I was only using 10GB, and I did not change my backup config, but I believe this new version corrupted my previous backup setting, now I don’t see where I can reconfigure this backup, Crazy!!!

Hello. Please use this site to contact support about this issue. We don’t have access to user accounts here on the forums. This LOOKS like a sell-up since the new 24.xxx version is cloud storage only for backups. Please let us know how the support session goes so we can follow-up with you.

When I try to remove my old backup so I can start over fresh the software will not remove my old backup. Clicking delete backup does nothing, this is very frustrating, I will really be considering moving to a new software once my subscription is done.

Cloud backup has been fixed in the most recent Version of Norton 360 that I upgraded to last nite.
