Cloud Backup issue

Hi,
I’m trying to use cloud backup to backup my AppData folder (with a few exclusions, of course), but the software seems to completely ignore the folder… Can someone please help?

Norton 360 Deluxe latest version

OS details:
Windows 11 24H2

What is the error message you are seeing?

Please try Manage against your Norton pre-set auto backup

Please try Settings tab → Back up common file types only = Off (red)
Please review Excluded files → Manage

Please try Sync

Hi,
Thank you for the feedback, but unfortunately the issue isn’t solved, and since I cannot post pictures in this forum, I will do my best to explain.
In resume if I select the AppData folder, it tries to scan for a few seconds then gives up, without any explanation, so I did a hard link to a new folder called BKPAppData, and now it sucessfully tries to add to cloud backup, but after almost 10mins it gives “sync error” and when I see the Backup Details, it doesn’t give me any feedback why its failing on that file or folder.

Does someone know if this backup details, is written to a log file somewhere? In order to try to exclude some of this folders (there are thousands of them…). I also tried to use another software to backup this folder to the cloud, and it works perfectly, so I don’t understand why norton cloud backup give this issues without any explanation.
