Cannot find how to activate manual backup.

Product & version number: There is no version displayed that I can find

I have always used the Backup Now button on the Norton Control Panel but there is nowhere in this new version to manually select Backup.

The help files description does not match this new version.
I cannot find a version number anywhere, but this just appeared on my computer a few days ago.

is it the new 24.x ore 22.x it is hard to now if i dont now what version you got

I said I cannot see any version number anywhere.
Norton updated it so should know what version it is…

N360 v24.8 Cloud Backup runs automatic 24 hour cycle.
Try Sync button to invoke backup

Settings => About => Program version

Security => LiveUpdate => Open



I turned off Automatic Sync but cannot find the manual backup button.

You can leave Automatically sync on…if you want.

Try Sync to invoke backup…hover mouse pointer over circle to see Sync

  • Automatically Sync: Turn on this option if you want Norton to automatically back up the latest version of your backed-up files periodically.
  • You must be signed in to your Norton product to use the Cloud Backup feature.
