Cloud backup ran but still seeing files with blue in bottom left

I am asking why that one is blue and most others are green, especially right after a backup is completed and some of those that have the blue have not been touched.

Yeah, I asked 04-Apr-2025 here why blue & green were Sync pending.
I’m still waiting for clarification.
