Hello @Malcolm_Farley
Cloud Backup is not a mirror.
Deleted items on your machine. Do not get deleted in the cloud.

Sync backs up the latest version of your backed-up files.
200 items remain 200.

Do the edited 50 get backed up okay?
How about edited filed to new “Edits” folder and Add that folder?

Your files are backed up okay?
Have you needed to turn off Back up common file types only?

Norton cloud backup is not much use to anyone if you cannot rely on it replicating the data on your harddrive to the cloud, So are you saying that Norton cloud only Syncs oneway ?? If I have 200 files on my harddrive and I back them up to the cloud so I now have 200 files on my Norton cloud backup, So after a few days of Editing the photos I now have 50 files on my Harddrive, So the next time I run a Sync to the cloud I would expect to have 50 files in the cloud with 150 files removed/deleted from the Norton cloud backup, Surely thats the whole idea of Sync.

Similar issue here. Since this upgrade, I am lost. I have set up 2 backup sets because I didn’t understand the 1st one. Oh well.

They both show that they were last backed up to the cloud 15 days ago. Why are they not backed up daily or weekly? I have the automatically sync button checked green. Is there no option to schedule? This is not intuitive to me & I would like to know how to back up.

I dont like this new version of Norton cloud backup, It looks pretty but they have removed some the features like Schedule that control has gone Now It backup when it wants to probably when It thinks that your system is idle, another great feature that has gone is the ability to drill down yor backup by Filetype you used to be able to exclude certain Filetypes now you have to exclude individual files which is not the same thing nor is it practical, also from what I can see you can now only have one backup, I guess what Im trying to say is If it aint broke dont try to fix it.
