It looks like your Windows version is a preview version. Has this been the case since you first saw this issue? If so, Norton does not officially support any preview versions. Apps may or may not work as intended.
I just tried going to the Cloud Cleanup from my NUU and was connected to the page for the online service I clicked on.
Please be more specific about what do you mean by preview version. If you ask about the latest Windows 64-bit version (see info Below) my notebook, has the latest version !! Below are versions for Norton latest version !! and my notebook Specs, and the Windows version. All are up to date !! There is NO mention of a preview version in those !! So the Problem still persist - Since MAY. Thanks

Do all the online storage sites listed in NUU give you the same error message, or is it just one or two specific ones?
Are you using a VPN when you see this? If so, try turning that off so you can test to see if that is interfering with the connection.
