Cloud not working / Cloud inutilisable

Hello,

I have a 125 Go Norton cloud subscription

When I click "commencer à utiliser" = start using the backup, nothing happens

MacOs Mojave

Firefox 125.11 Oesr

 

Anothe question: is there a syncing option ? Or is it just an upload ?
