Hello I run xp sp3 32 bit, no other live sec, no tool bars.
My ncss was running fine for awhile now and pulse updates are fine but when I go to admin side and click update to check for updates like that not ran auto..it runs updates and only updates pulse ones (it does that auto too) but says that norton 360 engine update cant complete..I still have v 4.0 so Im assuming it 4.1 thats trying to load.
I know to uninstall and use nrt and reinstall thru comcast site but if this is what I have to do everytime they update the software then forget it I wont use free comcast suite its a pain to do that.
I ran the fix it self scan to no avail, I did a restart to no avail.
Any input? Is this common?
