Comcast Norton SS will not uninstall!

I have Comcast's version of NSS.  A month or two ago, it gave me a link to upgrade due to Windows 10.  I have an HP desktop running Win7, 64 bit.  NSS would not activate.  I got sent to Norton's people from Comcast.  They got into my computer and fixed this or that.  Then it would activate, but the first time I rebooted computer, would not run.  I got them into my computer again, and they did something and I had to do a restore.  So, I have no confidence in them.  I am now just trying to uninstall it.  Make it go away.  Multiple times I have: deleted startup entries, deleted any files and paths with Norton associated with it, run Norton's removal tool, even deleting startup entries in safe mode.  That pesky little yellow square with the black arrow still appears 4-5 times per day.  It's getting very difficult to ignore.  I do not want to reinstall my Win7 to get this to go away.  I would appreciate any help you can offer.
