Comcast version Norton Security Suite will not start on win7

My laptop is a Lenovo laptop with Windows 7 64bit OS.
I have the Comcast version Norton Security Suite installed all along and have been working fine until March 8th when all of a sudden it no longer let me perform live update.
So I went to Comcast.net and downloaded the latest version.
After installation, Norton icon show up on system tray with red exclamation mark. Double click or right click on the icon does nothing.
Norton Security Suite windows will not show up.

  1. Uninstall and Reinstall Norton Security Suite unlimited of times, does not fix problem.

  2. Norton_Removal_Tool.exe + restart has been used many times, does not fix problem.

  3. NPE.exe + restart has been used many times, does not fix problem.

  4. NRnR.exe + restart has been used many times, does not fix problem.

  5. Run regsvr32 /u WMIUTILS.DLL; reboot; run regsvr32 WMIUTILS.DLL and then reboot again, does not fix problem.

  6. No other firewall/antivirus/malware program installed on the same computer.

  7. Computer does not have Lenovo Rapid Boot installed.

  8. Windows 7 pro 64 bit sp1 has all the latest update.

Please help.
