Issue abstract:
Given the negative feedback on the major overhaul of Norton Security, did Norton put any effort into communicating to users about the significant changes prior to the forced update? I don’t recall receiving any communications prior to the update describing the many changes but I may have missed it amongst all the other incoming digital noise one receives. A little communication effort may have lessened the blowback from users. Personally, I don’t think it was an update ready for prime time. Just curious.
