I purchased Norton 360 under the assumption it worked with Chromebook. It doesn't seem to work as I can't download and I can't find a toll-free number to get info or help . I have Googled for any way of contacting a Norton rep and have been unsuccessful.
The Chromebook runs ChromeOS, and is not compatible with Norton 360.

If you only purchased 360 for the Chromebook and you do not have any use for it on other devices, you can request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

If you paid the App Store for the subscription for your device, you need to request the refund from there, and cancel that subscription.
