The helpfile is NOT on the computer with the installation of NIS v20, but instead, Support > Help menu item goes to a Symantec website, and that website is not even a helpfile. This situation is no good. The helpfile needs to be ON the computer with the product installation, and NOT on some remote website. Symantec must fix this very soon. Give us a *.CHM file, and make the Help item open that *.CHM file.
