Complaint - overcharged

I renewed my norton security for 2 years on 19/7 for $69.99 [Removed] however I have just reviewed my bank statement and have been charged $129.99. I want someone to contact me to explain why I was overcharged and when I can expect a refund for this amount. I will forward this matter to the Department of Fair Trading for unauthorised withdrawal of funds should I not receive a prompt response to this matter.

The forums are user to user.  As bjm_ said, to correct a billing error, you would need to contact a Norton Support agent who has access to your account information.

Thanks for the generic links but Im not interested in returning the product or waiting forever on the phone to have the matter sorted. The overcharge on my account can be redirected straight into my account using the details attached to my order.
