Complaint!

Since installing windows 10 my laptop had been running very slow, and a norton scan was constantly leaving 19 issues unresolved. Contacted norton via live chat, and using remote assistance the tech took over my computer. He told me he needed to put it in safe mode to continue, and that I needed to manually connect to wife if it didn’t do it automatically. So it restarted into safe mode, I spent over an hour trying to find out how to connect to the Internet and no luck. Ended up having to get my brother in law round, who works in IT. He said it had been put into an extra safe mode that cannot connect to the Internet at all, and it took him ages to sort it out again. So your tech left me without even explaining how to manually connect (you couldn’t anyway in that mode he put it in), then nobody contacted me to see if my issue resolved. I was just left with my laptop in an usable mode! He had my number, he could of rang me when I didn’t get back on. But fid not. Not a very happy customer at all, Norton is now due for renewal but im very unsure if to renew with customer service like that. Disapointing as they’ve always been great in the past
