Complete Set Up - Full Disk Access

I have Norton 360 Version 8.6.4

I am running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 on a Mac 21.5" (late 2013)

When I start my Mac I get the message

I see that the relevent box is already checked - I have now checked, unchecked, rechecked, unchecked again, rechecked....... several times but cannot proceed further with the set up.

This is a reply I received from Norton support after many hours trying to resolve the problem.

Part of an email I received yesterday;

Norton Escalation Team in Dublin.

Engineering has reached out to me to make contact and to notify you about the error on your Norton product. This error was reported to engineering and is currently investigating it. 

Unfortunately, there is no ETA on when the issue will get addressed as the issue is not readily reproducible in-house. Engineering is suggesting ignoring the error for now until the fix will be applied via a future update. The advice is also to use the MAC device as you would normally do.

I hope this helps for now it is just a waiting game at the moment.
