The Norton Family service is currently in maintenance mode and you may encounter difficulties in signing in to the Norton Family portal or product.

We appreciate your patience and I will update this thread when the service is up and running.

The maintenance period is over.  Everything should be working as expected.   If you experience any issues, please post a new thread in the Norton Family forum.
