Complex Norton VPN/iPhone XR situation

I have Norton 360 with LifeLock, Verizon IPhone and Comcast email. Also a computer with Norton 360.

As for the iPhone XR, I have a hidden network, use VPN constantly, no hotspots from Verizon or Comcast. The computer has Comcast internet with mom’s Triple Play. If I am not in Comcast “territory “(I.E. on vacation), can I use Norton access where there is no Comcast internet and is internet required to use Norton VPN?

Yes. The use of a VPN requires an internet connection. With no internet connection you do not need a VPN.

If on vacation, and using any public network connections, the VPN will help protect your connection.
