Computer no longer recognising a current subscription

Hi,

I have a NIS licence covering 3 household computers. Recently, one of the computers (my laptop) notified me that my NIS had expired. I can see from my subscription that I am still covered and the laptop is still showing as one of the devices. I have tried to re-enter my existing product key but to no avail.

I am unsure how to proceed. Can anyone point me to a procedure to follow to get my laptop back under NIS protection?

PS: My laptop upgraded to W10 about 6 months ago.
