Hello need some help , have set up the kids accounts downloaded the software and run and installed.
I have the Icon running in the tray with , notifications that action is required when I try to log in I get the message that the computer is not recognized , also if I try to delete it will not let me for the same reason .
When setting up I may have used the wrong case for the computer name could this affect it ?
I am running XP , I can log in online .
