Hi, I've purchased Norton Computer Tune Up and when I dial the 1 800 000 163 (I'm in Australia, so it's meant to be available 24/7) to redeem the product I've purchased, I receive a recorded message that is not in English, and then the call disconnects. Can anybody give me some advice please? Thank you
