When I went to power off my laptop (Windows 10) last night, it asked if I wanted to update then power off. I clicked yes. It did not update but powered off immediately.
When I powered on this morning, it told me it was updating and it could ‘take a while’. It is now 5 hours later and completely unresponsive.
The screen is blank except in the middle there is a little circle with 5 dots going counterclockwise as if the computer is busy. It will not respond to any commands, not even the power switch. This is the first time this has happened. What do I do now?
