Config Norton 360 to ALLOW firewall PROMPTS over remote desktop

I need to config Norton 360 to ALLOW firewall PROMPTS over remote desktop. The system is set to block it by default and I can’t find a way to turn it the hell off. In other words I want to see the prompt from my Server PC on my Office PC through RDP, but I can’t. I have tried two different RDP programs, Google and a paid service of RemotePC. The result is the same with both. I have to PHYSICALLY GO BACK TO the Server PC, which is inconvenient, to configure the prompts on it. I NEED to do this remotely with my Office PC.

Any help would be appreciated cause Norton TS couldn’t figure out what the remote desktop was when I explained. I am hoping to have better luck here.

Hello Kayden. Is NLA enabled on the host and its set never to sleep or hibernate?
