I’ve been using Norton Antivirus for Mac for a while now and I think the log file message is not clear at all. I recently saw a note said"Vulnerabilities blocked on xxxx" on the recent activities line. But when I looked through the log file onthat time, it said “Portscan…IP address…Date and tiime”. However, nowhere in the log file itsaid blocked. This is very confusing, not to mention make the message in the log file nearly useless. If the recent activity line message got replaced, Iwould not be able to find out if the vulnerabilities were block? Anyway, my main concern at the moment is that: Was the portscan action blocked? fyi, the firewall was set to block all unnecessary connection and the norton av was up-to-dated.
