It appears that a conhost.exe is trying to access Norton's files (see attached jpg). Does this mean I have a conhost file that is a virus? I sure have a lot of conhost.exe files under a section where one web site says they could be harmful. I've been getting the "Error 3048,3" message frequently, sometimes daily, and I've taken steps to get rid of it but nothing seems to help (Norton says "issue fixed" but I still get the error message and then Norton fixes it again and then I get another error message and so on and on it goes).
I did a search for all the conhost.exe files in my C drive and this file has a date that matches the same time I got an "Error 3048,3" warning from Norton (this evening):

Norton appears to be blocking whatever is going on but it has me worried. Just what does this exe think it's doing? Should I do a full restore of my computer? Should I just relax and put up with it?
